au gust studio is an independent curated resale platform offering pre-owned and vintage designer items. We are not affiliated with any brands featured on this website.

All items are sourced independently and sold as described.

2. Product Condition

All products are pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

We carefully inspect each item and disclose any visible flaws in the description and photos. Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand items, minor signs of wear may be present.

By purchasing, you confirm that you have reviewed all provided photos and descriptions.

Additional detailed photos and videos of any item can be provided privately upon request before purchase.

3. Authenticity

We guarantee that all items sold are authentic.

Each piece is carefully verified prior to listing. au gust studio does not sell replicas or counterfeit goods.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in MDL (Moldovan Leu).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Shipping is available within the Republic of Moldova.

Shipping to Romania is available only upon prior agreement with us before placing the order.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service. au.gust.studio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of curated resale and vintage items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is significantly different from its description.

Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including images, branding, logo, and text — is the property of au gust studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
